THE FA FA FA FASHION

I completely freaked out when I saw this.  The black gown is VERSACE, the bag ladies are Galliano (duhh), and the yellow dress is Valentino.  I definitely love irreverent black lip and garish eyeshadow with the Valentino.

SINGLE WHITE FEMALE

Finally heading back to Brooklyn tomorrow.  There are so many things I need to do when I get back.  My body has been a temple this summer, and I'm ready to resume demolition.

WHOOOOOPS

Normally I tear out and file editorials I like.. but somehow this one eluded me.  I mean, it's American Bazaar:  I got this issue, no doubt about that.  But for whatever reason I did not keep these pages.  Head to toe Balenciaga and Givenchy looks.  Nothing else to say.

HIGH TECH

A few S/S 07 gems:  head to toe Balenciaga that I would happily wear to the altar, Dolce & Gabbana's ultra glam strapless pvc dress, and Gareth's arm pieces.

DISCRETE STR8 ACTING WHITE MALE ISO..

Lolololol.

Two random shots from July after working out.  Not sure if I actually tanned a miniscule amount or if it's just the red tee.

CURVACIOUS DELECTABLE SCULPTED LEATHER

I know it's pretty much irrelevant today, but the 80s wasp waist/linebacker shoulder will never bore me.  And I'm not talking about any foofy deflated Balmain nonsense.  Yawn.  Let's talk vintage Alaia..

FALL'S SILHOUETTES

Some covetable F/W 10 silhouettes:  the platform wedge, the block heel, the architectural stiletto, the classic stiletto, the basic chunky heel, and the low wedge.  Black leather is always the best choice, but warm shades of gray look irresistibly lush in suede, too.

BLACK & BLUE

Hunted down the perfect vintage Levi's vest recently.  I'm definitely not altering this one in any way (I studded the last Levi's vest I got, see it here).  I'm already looking for another one that's a size larger.

"Androgynous Pratt student documents his outfits that run the gamut from everyday college kid to flamboyant club kid. Anyone who throws on a pair of Balenciaga platforms or 9" fetish stilettos to cheer himself up is pretty awesome and entertaining in our opinion!"

TOPSHOP INSIDE-OUT BLOG
"Dressing up is what William loves to do most. This young designer from New York doesn’t dress for fashion but just to have fun and enjoy himself like the big kid that he is. Both adorned as a man and woman, his blog isn’t your common “check-out-my-outfit” type blog. It’s a journey into NYC’s crazy nightlife with party outfits straight from the young creative/transvestite scene. Juggling Timberland homemade platforms, tie-dye t-shirts, camo baggy trousers and an orange furry jacket, his looks are absolutely bonkers-awesom, leaving us wanting more everytime. We strongly recommend that you check out his collection too . Made from Japanese anime babe-printed fabric, it’s pretty darn cool."

LYNN & HORST
"I strongly believe in the comeback of Manga and will further explore its use in contemporary art and fashion. Most probably, 'sexualization' will become a core motif. In the first instance, I'd like to draw your attention to the reanimation of Anime by Dripping Lazers."
