SH03S & STUFF

LORDY.  Adult life, what can I say?  It's rough.  This week I did some freelance/part time work as a milliner's assistant.  After going to college for fashion design and practically living in the studios I imagined eight hour days doing hats wouldn't be rough, but this is very different.  I'm not blocking hats (never done it and it takes experience), but my fingers and hands are ravaged from the hand sewing.

So now I'm playing photobooth catchup.  Been stalking ebay like mad lately for both Monster High dolls (obsessed if you haven't noticed), as well as shoes.  These Dolce Vita ankle boots are amazing, but I was almost going to return them because they're too narrow to wear with socks.  Otherwise they're comfortable and fit the bill for what I was looking for.  Random fluoro Ann Taylor sandals that were too cute, cheap, and comfortable to pass up... and some new Pleaser gun heels I got next to the 8" boots I've had forever.  I feel like I went a little crazy buying shoes lately, but I own under thirty pairs - heels, daywear, et al - so I ain't gonna rupologize.
